BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The booking will be effective upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total
LENGTH OF STAY :
The client who signed this shall fixed term contract couldn’t in no circumstances
invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Cancellations can significantly affect the management of our holiday cottages therefore we are obliged to operate a strict cancellation policy.
All cancellations must be notified by mail or email.
Should the cancellation be made 30 days before the previously agreed date of entry to the premises, no extra fees shall be charged.
In case the cancellation occurs between the 30th and 10th day before the scheduled date of arrival, this will result in the retention of the deposit and will give no right to any compensation.
Whereas should the cancellation be made less than 10 days before the scheduled date of arrival to the premises, the balance of the total rental fee will have to be paid.
If you do not arrive at the Cottage within 24 hours of the scheduled date of arrival, we will have the right to occupy the cottage or room. Furthermore the deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay the balance of the rent.
Any stay, which is started, has to be paid for in its entirety.
In the case where we are forced to cancel your stay before the date of your arrival, we will notify you in the shortest practical time, either by mail or email, and you will be rapidly reimbursed without any penalty payment.
All monies paid to us will be reimbursed. The total liability will be limited to a maximum of the total rental sum for the booked period (except for natural disaster or weather conditions beyond our control).
The foregoing is only applicable if the client does not wish to book an alternative period on our premises or an informal arrangement has been agreed between the customer and the management.
This latter provision does not apply if an amicable agreement is find for the purpose of acceptance by the customer of a stay of substitution. ARRIVAL : You must be present between 16H00 and 20H00. In case of late arrival or delayed, thank you kindly notifying us.
Thank you for vacate your room before 10:00.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE :
The balance is paid to the entry into the premises. Mode of payment: check, bank transfer, credit card, cash.
USE OF PREMISES :
For your comfort and that of future occupants, lodges and guest rooms are nonsmoking.
The lodges and guest rooms are suitable for a capacity of two people.
If the number of occupants exceeds the number of customers which be indicated when you making your reservation, we reserve the right to refuse the extra people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at your initiative.
However, additional customers can be accepted (in some accomodation) only with prior consent of the Manager at the time of the reservation and under condition of payment an extra for the stay at the price of 10 Euros per day per additional person.
Children under 2 years old do not pay extra.
HOME ANIMALS :
Pets are allowed under certain conditions. When booking, you must specify the number of pets that accompany you. An extra 5 euros per day per animal will be applied.
The customer is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured under a contract of insurance holiday for these risks. Insurers often provide this coverage at no additional cost in your insurance.
Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions of booking or cancellation shall be brought before the competent French jurisdiction.
